Beautiful early 20th century Louis Vuitton trunk covered in the world famous LV monogrammed canvas, with its lozine borders and brass fitting this trunk would have been the top of the line even at the time of purchase over 100 years ago.
This particular trunk reputedly belonged to Angela Christina Sykes, also known as Angela Antrim, was Countess of Antrim, a sculptor, a cartoonist, and an illustrator, daughter of Colonel Sir Tatton Benvenuto Mark Sykes, 6th Baronet was an English traveller, Conservative Party politician and diplomatic advisor, particularly with regard to the Middle East at the time of the First World War. Fantastic conversation piece, a great size for a coffee table or just as a standalone item suitable for any interior, both modern or traditional.
