An exceptional elephant foot planter or jardiniere in excellent condition, finished with an elegant silver plated rim. Most items of this kind have not stood the test of time, the patina is poor and they show cracks from decades of exposure to heat and cold. This example is in a great state of preservation. Elephants are obviously highly protected but as this item is pre-1947 it can be sold within the EU without the need for further paperwork (please refer to our FAQ page for further clarifications)
